Apple Mail: Use Several Addresses with One Account

Add all your outgoing adresses to the “Email Address” field in Preferences → Accounts, separated by commas (,). You can then chose between them when you compose new mail, just like you can when you have configured several accounts.

Mail will automatically chose the right address for you when you reply to mail.
